📄 Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the applications and websites operated by Sonalben Rathod, operating as Veda Tech World.

This includes the following apps and websites:

• MDM Hisab — Android App, Web Portal (mdmhisab.com)
• Shala Rojmel — Android App, Web Portal (shalarojmel.com)
• ClassMitra — Android, iOS & Windows App, Web Portal (classmitra.in)
• Veda Tech World — Website (vedatechworld.com)

By accessing or using any of these services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access or use the services.

✅ Eligibility

To use my apps and services, you must:

• Be at least 13 years of age.
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not be prohibited from using the services under applicable law.

If you are using the services on behalf of an organization (such as a school, coaching institute, or business), you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

🔑 User Accounts

Some of my apps require you to create an account to access certain features. When creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Notify me immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

I reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that appear to be inactive for an extended period, with reasonable notice where possible.

📱 Use of Services

Permitted Use

You may use my apps and services for their intended purposes, including:

• Generating PM Poshan hisab documents (MDM Hisab).
• Maintaining school rojmel and financial records (Shala Rojmel).
• Managing coaching class operations including student records, attendance, fees, and communication (ClassMitra).

Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Use the services for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the apps.
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, etc.) to access the services.
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content.
• Interfere with or disrupt the services, servers, or networks.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation.
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the services without written permission.
• Use the services to send spam, unsolicited messages, or unauthorized communications.

📊 Your Content & Data

You retain ownership of all content and data you input into my apps ("Your Content"). By using my services, you grant me a limited license to store, process, and display Your Content solely for the purpose of providing the services to you.

You are responsible for:

• The accuracy and legality of Your Content.
• Maintaining backups of Your Content where appropriate.
• Ensuring Your Content does not infringe on any third-party rights.

I will not access, use, or share Your Content except as necessary to provide the services, comply with legal obligations, or enforce these Terms.

💰 Payments & Subscriptions

Some of my apps may offer free and paid plans. For paid services:

• Pricing: All prices are displayed within the app or on the respective website. Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice.
• Payment: Payments are processed through Google Play Store, Apple App Store, or other authorized payment platforms. Payment terms are governed by the respective platform's policies.
• Refunds: Refund requests are handled according to the refund policies of Google Play Store and Apple App Store. For web-based subscriptions, please contact me directly to discuss refund eligibility.
• Free Plans: Free plans may have limited features. I reserve the right to modify free plan features at any time.

All intellectual property rights in the services, including but not limited to the app design, source code, graphics, logos, icons, text, and brand name "Veda Tech World," are owned by me, Sonalben Rathod.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the apps for personal or organizational use in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the app software.
• Use my trademarks, logos, or brand elements without written permission.
• Create derivative works based on my apps or services.

⚠️ Disclaimers & Limitations

Disclaimer of Warranties

My apps and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

I do not warrant that:

• The services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
• The results obtained from the services will be accurate or reliable.
• Any defects in the services will be corrected within a specific timeframe.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, I shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with your use of the services.

🔚 Termination

I may terminate or suspend your access to the services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the services will immediately cease.
• I may delete your account and associated data after a reasonable retention period.
• Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive (including ownership, disclaimers, and limitations of liability).

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting me or through the account settings in the respective app.

🔄 Changes to Terms

I reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When changes are made, I will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes may be communicated through the apps or via email.

Your continued use of the services after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you should discontinue using the services.

⚖️ Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Botad, Gujarat, India.
